These Terms explain how LusoSIM works, what you are responsible for, and how we handle limits of liability.

1) Service description

LusoSIM provides an eSIM mobile data plan for use in Portugal. After purchase, you receive a QR code (and activation instructions) by email so you can install and activate the eSIM on your device.

2) Device compatibility (your responsibility)

You are responsible for checking that your phone supports eSIM and the required settings to use mobile data. If your device is not compatible, we may not be able to help you activate the service.

3) eSIM activation and usage

• You must install the eSIM from the QR code and follow the activation instructions.
• The most important step is enabling mobile data roaming on your eSIM (for the correct line used for data).
• Your device controls how data usage is shown and used. We do not control your device settings after activation.

4) Coverage and network availability

Mobile network coverage in Portugal depends on the local operator network and your phone’s signal. We do our best to provide a working service, but we cannot guarantee coverage everywhere or uninterrupted availability.

5) Customer responsibilities

• Use the correct plan for your trip (data amount and activation timing).
• Provide accurate purchase details so we can deliver your email with the QR code.
• Enable the correct settings on your device (including mobile data roaming for the eSIM line used for data).
• Follow reasonable use of the service and avoid misuse.

6) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, LusoSIM is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits, or any losses related to network coverage, device limitations, or user settings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the LusoSIM plan, unless the law requires a different limit.
