Refunds for eligible cases
If something goes wrong, we want to help. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may be considered for
- Duplicate purchases (for example, you bought the same plan more than once by mistake).
- eSIM not delivered (you did not receive your email with the QR code).
- Verified technical issues that prevent service activation.
Refunds are generally not available for
- Device incompatibility (for example, your phone does not support eSIM).
- Customer purchasing the wrong plan.
- Change of mind.
- Activated eSIMs.
- Partially or fully consumed data plans.
How to request a refund
Contact us at support@lusosim.com and include your purchase email address, the plan you bought, and what happened. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
